Vasu Dev has more than 30 years of experience in developing leaders and teams. He considers himself a self-starter, a seeker and life-long learner. Vasu gained much experience through extensive leadership exposure in the Singapore Air Force, in Prudential Assurance, an entrepreneur (he is the founder of three companies and currently runs one of them), and from working with business leaders for more than 12 years.

He works with all levels; from executives, directors and other business leaders to their employees, to address critical business and operational needs. He has conducted workshops for companies like IPOS, IATA, ZimmerBiomet, AAK, Palsgaard, Singapore Power, HDB and more.

Vasu incorporated CORE Training Consultancy to be an experiential learning, training provider delivering high quality team and leadership programs to the local and regional businesses.

He is the author of ’Shoot The Elephant In The Room’, a book to help teams resolve issues and improve teamwork.
