Loh Seng Foh

Loh Seng Foh has over 30 years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, and people development, with an earlier background in insurance sales as a financial adviser with Prudential Singapore. He has a strong track record in designing and facilitating programmes that enhance individual and team performance. Known for creating practical, engaging, and empathetic learning experiences, he excels in strategic planning, competency development, leadership growth, and team building.

He started his career in the insurance sector as a financial adviser with Prudential Singapore, later moving into agency development with Great Eastern Life across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.

This early commercial experience, combined with decades of corporate facilitation and people development, provides him with a balanced perspective in working with leaders, teams, and organisations.

Throughout his career, Seng Foh has worked with respected organisations such as Chevron Singapore, Aviva Singapore, Singapore Telecommunications, and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. His work has included facilitation, leadership development, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational learning.

He spent most of his recent career with Chevron Singapore as Senior Program Facilitator from 2008 to 2025, leading interactive learning sessions, guiding group discussions, managing diverse participant dynamics, and creating safe learning environments. He facilitated licensed and in-house programmes, including Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership II, Korn Ferry Leadership Potential reviews, E-Colours, and various supervisory, managerial, and emerging leader programmes.

Before Chevron, Seng Foh was Head of Training and Development at Aviva Singapore, leading training strategy, talent development, and succession initiatives across Singapore and Hong Kong, and playing key roles in employee engagement and organisational development. Earlier, he served as Senior L&D Manager at Singapore Telecommunications and as HR Development Specialist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, contributing to learning needs analysis, core values rollouts, climate survey initiatives, and in-house development

He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the National University of Ireland and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.
