Core Training Consultancy Pte Ltd was founded in 2016, as a corporate training provider. As a registered company in Singapore, we specialise in delivering relevant and innovative training solutions with the aim of fostering both personal and organisational growth.

The Journey
Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to transforming corporate training. When we first started, our corporate polo shirts bore the tagline ‘Disruptors.’ We have always felt that traditional training methods result in disengaged learners and poorer retention, making them ineffective. We were obsessed with ensuring that “no one sleeps during our sessions.”
With this in mind, we curated our workshops to be highly experiential, interactive, and engaging, using the principles of Accelerated Learning. This methodology encourages active participation and learning through experiences—using games and simulations—creating opportunities for what we call “Aha! Moments” to significantly enhance learning and retention.
But it hasn’t been easy.
We needed to convince our earlier clients that learning was not a tedious endeavour or a ‘box that needed to be ticked’. It wasn’t about sitting in a classroom or engaging in an online classroom, listening passively to a trainer and jotting down notes from a lengthy PowerPoint presentation. Our aim was to transform that experience into something that inspires and motivates business owners, leaders, and their teams to fully embrace their professional and personal development.

By blending neuroscience with practical training techniques, we curate learning environments that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and constructive dialogue.
