With over 25 years of experience spanning Asia and Europe, Celina Gan has developed extensive expertise in training and collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. She conducts workshops across Asia, Qatar, and the UK for multinational corporations, civil service organisations, and sectors such as IT, education, shipping, healthcare, and aviation.

Prior to her current role, Celina served as a registered nurse and midwife in the UK, in addition to positions as a trademark attorney and legal consultant. Her career has included roles such as Head of Copyright and Advisory, Manager of Global Accounts, and Contracts and Commercial Advisor, with experience in the UK, Spain, Malaysia, and Singapore. In 2012, she transitioned to full-time training, offering both virtual and in-person sessions for participants across various industries.

Celina’s robust background in consulting and training has deepened her understanding of the challenges organisations, leaders, and individuals face in a constantly evolving landscape.
